Does Rapid Recovery require installation of the SQL Server on the Core machine? (4043923)

Rapid Recovery Core server installation will not install SQL Server instance. The only installation pre-requisites are:
- SQL Management Objects
- SQL CLR Types

Note: there's a very specific scenario, where SQL Server might be installed on the Core machine. However such installation must be done manually and it's only needed if Core settings, Nightly Jobs are set to perform SQL Attachability checks using local Core SQL instance.
It's quite rare because that will require to keep SQL server's version on the Core to be equal or above all SQL Servers of the all protected machines.
