Rapid Recovery Agent version 6.1.0 always running base image
Description

Rapid Recovery Agent version 6.1.0 always running base image. No incremental images are being run.
Rapid Recovery Core is version 6.1.2.
It only happens to specific environment.
AppRecoveryPM.log is showing these errors but no driver errors in system event logs and access to System Volume Information directory is correct.
TevoGetChangedBlocks failed with error 0x80070001

Resolution

Issue is resolved after upgrading Agent to version 6.1.2
