Central Management Console: Images do not display correctly when the core service is stopped.

The Rapid Recovery Central Management Console does not display images correctly when the core service is stopped.

When using the Central Management Console in Rapid Recovery 6.0.1 on a machine with the Rapid Recovery Core Service installed but stopped, images in the UI are not displayed correctly.  (Highlighted Red)

This is due to a known defect (D-32093) which causes images to be displayed incorrectly when the Rapid Recovery Core Service is not running on the machine where the Central Management Console is installed.

Patch:

• A patch has been released to resolve this issue.  Please contact support to receive the appropriate patch. 
• After installing the patch, if the problem remains, clear the browser cache. 

Workaround:

Start the Rapid Recovery Core Service on the machine running the central management console.

This issue is resolved in Rapid Recovery 6.0.2 and can be downloaded at the Download Software page.
