Unexpected base images occurs for cloned disks during Hyper-v agentless transfer
Description
It is found in some environments that Hyper-V agentless for some VMs always have base images or having base images on alternate days.
Cause
This has been identified as a product defect. The environment is having VMs which are cloned from each other, and RapidRecovery did not handle the volume image id in a correct way.
Resolution
Solution:
Our development team has created a patch to permanently fix this problem. Please open a case with technical support to retrieve this patch.
