Cause
iDrac Service Module not correctly installed or not up to date on the physical Dell Server you are exporting to. Also when opening Powershell on this machine you see this error:

Resolution
Perform following steps on Hyper-V Host machine:
- Go on Dell Drivers Download page and download the latest version of iDrac Service Module
- If a previous version is installed, uninstall it
- Extract iDrac Service Module zip and install it
- Open Powershell to confirm the error message has disappeared
- Launch a new export
