When backing up Virtual Machines with agentless protection if Bit Locker software is enabled on these agent less backed up VM upon trying to do a file level restore using either Local Mount Utility or via Core UI mounting an error is received

File Level Restore is not supported currently if bit locker software is enabled on backed up volumes -
Resolution
Product Defect\ Enhancement has been submitted for RR-69911. Feature will be available in future release of Rapid Recovery
