Upon trying mount a Recovery Point using Local Mount Utility an error is thrown with the following below:
"Failed to mount volume images can not connect to the core repository. Please make sure the repository is mounted"
Previous mounts using LMU of this agent(s) have worked using LMU.
This is a current known defect with LMU that occurs when the agent(s) volume(s) have been shrunk via Disk Manager in Windows and or with the use of Hypervisor's functionality.
This is a known defect D-35063
WORKAROUND
Go to an agents recovery points tab and expand the recovery point and choose restore and the recovery point is mountable via the core web UI.
STATUS
This issue is fixed in version 6.1. The latest version of Rapid Recovery can be downloaded from the Download Page here.
