Checkboxes for previously alerts are empty when you 'Edit Notification Group' in IE v10 or earllier, after upgrade to Rapid Recovery 6.0.1.609
You are browsing to the core console using Internet Explorer v10 or earlier.
Modification to notification group check boxes does not save (you open to edit, and changes are not there, or all checkboxes are blank).
It is possible that previously set email notification recipients may be receiving a number of unwanted notifications, or none at all.
WORKAROUND:
Use Internet Explorer version 11 +, use Chrome browser, or use Firefox.
