Unable to load content database into DocRetriever for restore of Sharepoint files. Attempted to load but DocRetriever is stuck on "Reading Data..." as seen in this screenshot.
In the DocRetriever logs:
ERROR 2017-06-20T16:00:54 [6] - DRMain.Engine.Classes.AppController.AppController () Failed to execute TaskOpenOfflineDatabase method. System.ArgumentException depth 0: An item with the same key has already been added. (0x80070057)
This is a new defect ID that has been identified in DocRetriever version 6.1.2 with an inability to change SQL timeouts in the DocRetriever Console.
Contact support for a patch with additional logging where the SQL server time out setting will be increased (since currently there is no setting in DocRetriever to set this timeout value manually).
This will be fixed in a future release of Rapid Recovery 7.0.0 where there will be a new registry key to allow for a sql server timeout value.
