Protected volumes are being remembered using their VolumeIDs rather than letters. Virtual Export may change VolumeID.
Agent is sending proper metadata, which is being mixed with values, that were recorded originally
To resolve the issue, please perform the following steps:
- open Core console and click on the protected machine's name
- in the Summary tab, expand list of volumes by triangle
- mark all volumes that show incorrect size like "0 out of 0 bytes"
- click on Set a Schedule
- select Advanced
- uncheck all checkboxes for Weekdays and Weekends
- click OK
Incorrect volumes will disappear
- select volumes with properly shown information or select all volumes (if same schedule applies to all volumes) and click Set A Schedule
- make sure that schedule is correct, or adjust it as necessary
- click OK
- force a snapshot to verify that all volumes are being backed up
