Rollup Fails With 'More Then One Base File Version Has Been Found in a List' (4044688)

Rollup job(s) fail(s) with System.ArgumentException: More then one base file version has been found in a list

Run a repository check by following these steps:

1. Open the Core Console, click the More menu (3 dots icon in the set of icons to the top left), and then click Repositories
2. The Repositories page appears and all repositories attached to your Core are displayed
3. On the row representing the repository you want to maintain, click the Action drop down on the far right
4. Select and click on Check
5. Click Yes to confirm and begin the job
