A running archive to Amazon S3 fails with below error,
This can indicate a network drop between Core server and the S3 bucket.
If a network issue has been determined to not be the case extend the below Timeouts:
RequestTimeout and StreamingTimeout may allow the Archive to complete successfully.

StreamingTimeout 05:00:00 to 10:00:00
RequestTimeout from 1:30 to 2:30
4. Start the Rapid Recovery Core service.
