When running the Rapid Recovery Linux agent on a system that is using the EXT4 filesystem, you might see an error message such as this example in your console or in the system logs:
"rapidrecovery-vss: attempted write at..." ... "...on read-only snapshot device"
"EXT4-fs error (device sbd1): ext4_lookup:1583: inode #3670017: comm Threadpool work: deleted inode referenced: 3670536"
You may also see a message in dmesg in the linux machine, for example...
"Buffer I/O error on device sbd1, logical block 1608842224"
Solution 1.
It is strongly suggested to upgrade to the latest core version and linux agent version.
Solution 2.
As a work-around, you can perform the following command as root on the Linux agent:
sed -i 's///' /opt/apprecovery/agent/Agent.Service.Mono.exe.config ; rapidrecovery-agent restart
