After upgrade to Rapid Recovery 6, Core Console Displays Error Message "QueryFailure flag was true" (4039899)

After the Core is upgraded to Rapid Recovery 6, the console interface is getting persistent popup error messages about the following Mongodb error. Despite performing steps according to KB article: Event/Alert Data Temporarily Unavailable Error Message (117921), the same problem continues to persist. 

AppRecovery Log Error:

To resolve this issue, the default settings must be restored for the database connection.

1. Navigate to the Rapid Recovery Core Console.
2. On the icon bar, click Settings, then click Database Connection on the left navigation pane within Settings.
3. Cick on Restore Default and Yes to accept changes.
