After the Core is upgraded to Rapid Recovery 6, the console interface is getting persistent popup error messages about the following Mongodb error. Despite performing steps according to KB article: Event/Alert Data Temporarily Unavailable Error Message (117921), the same problem continues to persist.

To resolve this issue, the default settings must be restored for the database connection.
