SQL attachability check is failing for some databases because the path is too long.
Neither core nor agent logs had the correct error message stating the issue. Core logs were reporting that the path to the logs is incorrect, Agent logs were showing that the database could not be detached.
When manually testing the attachability it was discovered that path to the database files was too long and the database could not be attached.
