After upgrading core to RapidRecovery, if there are existing BootCD ISOs created using the previous core version, the core console will throw the "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error message when navigating to the BootCD page in the core console GUI.
Clients can proceed with BootCD creation if they "escape" from the error message.
WORKAROUND:
NOTES:
- This will not allow visibility of the BootCD ISOs created with the previous core version on the upgraded core, but the previously created ISOs will still be their original ProgramData\AppRecovery\Boot CDs folder.
- Please regard the Windows Registry Disclaimer below before proceeding. Always export registry keys before effecting any changes.
1) Open Regedit, and navigate to the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\AppRecovery\Core\IsoDatabase\Entries\
2) Delete all numbered child subkeys within:
