Statistica is now part of TIBCO. Beginning June 5th, Statistica customers will need to use TIBCO Support's customer portal, to receive assistance with Statistica.
When trying to add an agent/s to protection, the following error message may be seen:
One possible cause of this, is that the Sonicwall Firewall is configured to inspect SSL traffic. (Deep Packet Inspection DPI-SSL)
With DPI-SSL the firewall decrypts all SSL traffic then re-encrypting it before forwarding to the recipient.
When the SSL packets are re-encrypting the firewall replaces the packets SSL certificate with its own SonicWall SSL certificate.
When this happens with HTTPS request from application it causes problems because the received certificate is not the one expected and is not trusted.
