All Agents getting Blocked on Core after Upgrading Storage for Capacity Based Licensing -
Description
After upgrading the storage size for the capacity based licensing on the license portal, the protected machines are being blocked from protection, even using the newly issued license key. -
Resolution
To resolve this issue, do the following steps:1. Login to the licenseportal.com2. Click on Machines3. On the right side of each machine, there is a check mark icon, click on the icon4. Select "Unblock and resume protection". This will unblock the agents from being backed up.
