Unable to install the Central Upload Agent (CUA) on a server. -
Description
After installing the "Central Upload Agent" no errors popup but the process fails to create directories and logs. Only errors can be seen in the event viewer. -
Cause
The prerequisite of "OUTLOOK" is required before installing the Central Upload Agent. -
Resolution
Install Outlook prior to installing the CUA agent.
