Scheduled reports are not being generated and sent to recipients -
Description
Scheduled reports that have already been created have not been generated to sent to its recipients. -
Cause
A custom report with a high amount of fields/columns can create an abnormally long API request. Once this API limit is reached, an error occurs and reports will not be generated. -
Resolution
Currently, Nova recommends a maximum number of around 50 columns, filters, clauses and data sources for your report to ensure reports are generated successfully on the backend as well as the user interface.
