If the stage2 command Office365RemoveUser fails, you might encounter this error message:

This is returned because LegalHold assignment is taking longer than expected to be applied via Office 365. Sometimes it can take X1 minutes to execute, so you may notice the Stage2 command Office365RemoveUser fails on stage2 with error above. To resolve this issue, you may retry the command manually after 15-30 minutes, or wait until it is retried automatically.
