Error when attempting to run the Cisco configuration collection:
"Failed to store Cisco configuration in the database: An item with the same key has already been added."
STATUS
This has been raised as a product defect. Unified Communications Analytics should be checking better in order to link the Cisco user to the AD user. Change Request TF00603886 has been raised for this to be fixed in a future release of Unified Communications Analytics.
WORKAROUND
The logs will point the duplicate names. UCA Admins might be able to identify them and either rename the duplicate names or remove them if they are obsolete.
