There are 2 types of folder in TIC:
Secure folder – folder has permission, objects of the folder inherit the permission from the folder, user can only change the permission of the folder.
Non-secure folder – folder does not have permission, objects of the folder have their owner permission, user can change the permission of the object.
our suggestion is to use non-secure folder , then they can control each object’s permission.
