Error when using DBLink to connect to other databases: Access violation at address 612C7C1F in module 'oranls9.dll'. Read of address 0000000C. I have a 9i Oracle Client software version, and I am connecting to Oracle Database 10g and 11g servers.
Using the 9i Oracle Client version against Oracle Database 10g or 11g servers, which is not fully compatible with each other and it's also no longer supported by Oracle.
Upgrade your Oracle Client software to 10g or 11g version.
