After upgrading STAT from 5.6.1 to 5.7.1, has been seen that the workflow layout needs to be adjusted because some of the text/arrows are covered. Go to maintenace > Domain Specific > workflow adjust there and often getting "Status position is too close to other statuses to display tranfer errors"
