Cannot get flat files (.sqr or .cbl) to archive with Stat 5.5.x version. I've verified that the stat agent is up running, disk space and etc.
Windows 2008 Security Permission
There are some new security in Windows 2008 so you would need to configure the following settings in order to get the agent to archive file objects:
1. Go to Start-->Administative tool-->Local security policy-->User Right Assignment
2. Look for Log on as a service policy
3. Right click this policy for Properties ->Local Security Setting->Add User or Group. In my case, I've added a user called Stat that is part of the Admin group
4. Go to Start-->Administative tool-->Services-->Stat Agent->properties->Log On->This Account. Enter the username/password to startup the stat agent.
