If there is a failure to create a group, for example, the Activity Trail shows a Success for the action.

Causa
The Activity Trail feature was recently changed. Originally there was no property for Success, but only "Message".The new version adds a new property “Action Result” and appears to be treating all events as “Success” by default. -

WORKAROUND:
None
STATUS:
This has been identified as a defect, Defect ID: 246642. There is currently no ETA on when a fix for this issue will be released.
