Communication between the NetVault Server and Client is dropped every 5 minutes.

There might be something in the environment that's blocking the NetVault communications between the server and the client.

Disable any/all of the following installed in the Server and/or Client:

• Antivirus
• Malware
• Personal Firewall

In some cases a firewall in between the server and client is blocking the communication intermittently. Engage your Systems/Network Administrator to fix the issue.
