"Select Destination Exchange Server" screen missing (4283719)

Migrating data to a PST file while not connected to the Exchange server, results in the Exchange server settings page being hidden, preventing access to the "Do not Connect" option, usually present on the "Select Destination Exchange Server" screen.

1. On the "Exchange Server" Screen in Migrator for Notes to Exchange (MNE) remove the check from the check box "Always use these values" and click apply.
2. Remove the following Global Default Settings: "ServerMailResolveAttendees=0" and "ArchiveResolveAttendees=0"
3. Start the migration wizard
4. On the "Select Destination Exchange Server"  place a checkbox in the  "Do not connect to an Exchange server" box
5. Run the migration

STATUS

This has been verified as a Defect with the ID 597352. Waiting for a fix in a future release of MNE.
