After installing Organizer, none of the users have access to the Organizer Ribbon. (Please be aware that Organizer is no longer supported).
When Content Matrix 7.2 was released, a new security layer was added, which is a site level group called "Organizer Ribbon Users". In order for users to be able to see the ribbon, they have to be a part of the said group in addition to having Contribute/Edit or higher level permissions to a list or document library.
This PowerShell script adds all of the users who are in any given site to the "Organizer Ribbon Users" group. Administrators can then remove those users that they would prefer not to have access to the ribbon as a separate function rather than adding all of them one by one or group by group.
