Some Reports are not populated or contain incomplete information.
MessageStats Reports are populated using various gathering tasks. If all of the required tasks have not been run, reports may not be populated or may contain empty columns and incomplete data.
Refer to the MessageStats Reports User Guide to determine which gathering tasks are require by the specific reports that are not populated correctly. Ensure that all of the required gathering tasks are run against all appropriet servers in the organization.
