Getting error "MAPI is not installed" when trying to use email activity in Toad Automation.
CAUSE 1 - Mismatch in bit type between Office 365 (Outlook) and Toad
CAUSE 2:Unsupported MAPI installed (Mozzila Thunderbird MAPI in this case)
1. WORKAROUND
Ensure that both Toad and Oulook have the same bit type i.e. both must be 64-bit or both must be 32-bit
STATUS
Enhancement Request TMB-2194 has been created for consideration in a future release of Toad Intellignece Central. (ER to bridge between bitness)
2. Toad Data Point only supports Outlook MAPI.
