Descrição

When attempting to deploy a MAgE agent, the install may fail with a log sequence (in C:\Windows\Temp\Quest by default) as follows:
Action start 4:19:21: PublishProduct.
MSI (s) (1C:10) [04:19:21:954]:
The requested operation cannot be completed. The computer must be trusted for delegation and the current user account must be configured to allow delegation.
When attempting to install more than one instance of an agent the install may fail in the same manner after installing the first instance.
Causa

If the computer and user account have been trusted for delegation this failure may be due to a conflict with a recent Microsoft Security update:

Resolução

Check for and remove the security update in order for the MSI installer to perform the agent installation.
