This process can be disabled by adding a registry entry on the machines that are having the issue:
(64 bit) - HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Scriptlogic
(32 bit) - HKLM\ SOFTWARE \Scriptlogic
“NoHotfixEnum” REG_DWORD “1”
