When installing the UNIX qsa agent get:
Cannot execute remote command: "uname -s -r -v"
Rexec and ftp is disabled, the GUI and the server not communicating
RESOLUTION 1:
- Enable rexec and ftp
- repeat installation from the GUI
RESOLUTION 2:
Install QSA manually on the server:
1. Click on the link below to get the QSA binaries from the SupportLink:
http://questsupportlink.quest.com/support_download/downloads.asp?productFamilyId=-1&productId=268436727&versionId=268448832
2. Make sure to select the version that corresponds to your Oracle and OS
3. Uncompress and untar tar.Z file and run Install.sh as Oracle or root. For windows download and follow the instructions from the same support link above
