Error upgrading to 4.0.5 access to msvcp71.dll denied (4263140)

The following error can occur while trying to upgrade Archive Manager to version 4.0.5
"The error is System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\msvcp71.dll' is denied."

The aforementioned DLL is in use and AM installer fails not being able to replace it.

To resolve the issue

• Rename the C:|Windows|System32|msvcr71.dll and C:|Windows|System32|msvcr71.dll to *.old for backup.
• Copy the msvcr71.dll and msvcr71.dll from PreReqs folder of AM setup folder to C:|Windows|System32folder.
• Reboot AM server

Start the AM installer again.
