Quest On Demand platform will be under going a maintenance outage for software updates on the following dates:
This update includes downtime, affecting all organizations in the corresponding regions.
How does this affect me?
During this scheduled downtime, customers of On Demand Recovery will not be able to access the portal to view backup status and statistics, perform restore operations or view differences for approximately 15 minutes during the 2 hours maintenance window. Unfortunately, we cannot provide customers with an exact time window when organizations will be unavailable during the maintenance.
All configured backup jobs will continue per normal during maintenance.
Action Required?
There is no action required for On Demand Recovery customers.
