Product Maintenance

Resource Maintenance; KACE Systems Management Appliance version 13.0 has increased the minimum resource requirements. Quest will adjust KACE as a Service tenant resources up to the new minimum requirements. Tenants already exceeding the minimum requirements will not be impacted.

How does this affect me?

This update will be occurring on Sunday January 29, 2023 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. US Central Standard Time.

During the maintenance period your tenant will potentially be unavailable while adjustments are made.

Resolution

This maintenance is to increase resource allocation to meet the new minimum requirements to support your upgrade to SMA v13.0
If you require upgrade to v13.0 prior to the scheduled maintenance, and have lower resource allocation than the v13.0 minimums- Please contact support to schedule adjusted resource allocation.
