Quadrotech Radar Product Notification

Thank you for your continued support of Quadrotech software solutions by Quest. This is your official notice that all versions of Quadrotech Radar will reach end of support on July 31, 2022. After this date, you will no longer have access to the Radar Reporting portal and technical support will no longer be available for this product. 

To minimize disruption to your business and protect your initial investment, you will have access to the Quadrotech Nova portal throughout the remainder of your original subscription. Nova is our next-generation Office 365 SaaS management solution that can help you boost user adoption and gain deeper operational visibility and control across your environment.   

Please rest assured that you will not lose any critical reporting data or functionality by upgrading to Nova. In fact, building upon what we’ve learned with Radar, we have developed a more complete Office 365 management platform in Nova, which can offer you several upgraded features and benefits not included in Radar, such as: 

• Enhanced Teams reporting 
• Security and audit dashboards 
• User adoption insights 
• License lifecycle management 
• Proactive service monitoring 
• Multi-tenant management and reporting   

What you need to do: 

• To get started with Nova, you will need to connect your tenant(s) and recreate your scheduled and custom reports.  
• Read the Steps to migrating Radar to Nova (333920) KB article for step-by-step instructions, including specific instructions if Radar is white labelled (which is software that is purchased by a company from a service provider and rebranded as its own.) 
• Download the Radar to Nova Migration Tool Kit (338320) KB article for information regarding the move from the Radar reporting to the equivalent Nova reporting Services.
