The QoreStor engineering team have identified an edge case issue that may result in possible data loss or a space leak, during a particular cleaner phase if the process is stopped outside of its normal control.
How does this affect me?
General operations are not impacted unless this particular rare event happens. This issue has been identified back to QoreStor version 4.1.
Resolution
This issue (QS-12734) has been resolved as a hot fix to QoreStor in version 7.1.0.248. Please download and upgrade your QoreStor installation(s) to this, the most recent version, which is now available on the Quest Support Site.
