This advanced notice advises you of changes to Toad Data Modeler promotional licensing with Toad for Oracle. Commencing with Toad Data Modeler 7.0, you can no longer use a Toad for Oracle Base, Professional, Xpert, or Developer Edition license to enable Toad Data Modeler. 

How does this impact me?

Version 7.0 of Toad Data Modeler is currently available and will be bundled in the next release of Toad for Oracle 13.2 due out in September 2019. Although Toad licenses will continue to enable previous versions of Toad Data Modeler, you will not be able to download and enable Toad Data Modeler v7.0 and newer releases without a Toad Data Modeler license or a Toad for Oracle DBA Suite license (inclusive of DBA Suite with RAC and DBA Suite with Exadata).
