As a part of our continued effort to provide a world-class solution to our customers and per GDPR guidelines, we want to inform you that on June 1, 2019, On Demand will begin to include Full Story as an optional sub-processor.
Full Story enables us to gain more insights into problems and errors that our customers may face when navigating our On Demand web portal. This in turn provides us with debugging details which allow us to more rapidly solve issues.
Full Story is optional in our On Demand suite. It is turned off by default and can be enabled on a per customer basis with their consent.
