We are excited to announce that a new version of the KACE Systems Management Appliance (SMA) is now available for download.

Look what's new:

  • Azure Support – Now get the full KACE SMA experience in Azure.
  • Contextual Knowledge Based (KB) articles via chat – Customer will be presented with up to five related KB articles while initiating chat.
  • Agent assistant tool kit – Provides troubleshooting options like: Port testing, endpoint testing, get KaptureState & logs, check PowerShell, and more.
  • Merge tickets – Establish parent/child relationships and merge additional tickets to one parent ticket while keeping an audit trail on all associated tickets.
  • HTML in Email Tickets – Preserve HTML formatting in emailed tickets and comments. Enables full WISIWYG and embedded images.
