Thank you for your continued support of Quest solutions. This is your official notice that all versions of Asset Manager will reach end of support on November 1, 2017. After this date, technical support will no longer be available for this product.

To minimize disruption to your business and protect your initial investment, we have engaged LicenseWatch, to offer a free swap program for Quest customers that are current on maintenance and have a valid support contract. This will allow you to request a free swap from your Quest Asset Manager product to the LicenseWatch equivalent on a 1:1 license quantity basis. LicenseWatch will handle all product and support needs moving forward. Learn more about LicenseWatch.

What you need to do:

  • Register for the free Swap Program
  • LicenseWatch will verify that you are entitled to the swap program
  • An email will be sent to you with instructions on how to download the LicenseWatch product along with a new license key.
