Discontinued Support

Thank you for your continued support of One Identity solutions. We would like to inform you that support for all versions of Webthority will be discontinued on July 31, 2015. Renewal of current maintenance contracts will be possible up to the discontinued date. After this date, technical support will no longer be available for this product.

To minimize disruption to your business and protect your initial investment, we have created a swap program for you to exchange your Webthority license for a Dell One Identity Cloud Access Manager license. This swap program is a zero-dollar transaction and your maintenance contract for Webthority will be carried forward to your new license.

What you need to do:

  • Please contact your One Identity representative to discuss your swap options.
  • After completion of the product swap, you will have access to the One Identity Cloud Access Manager, available for download from the Support Portal.
