Description
When trying to print to the "quest PDF generator" you may receive an error message:
Printer not activated error code -30 -
Cause
This "pseudo" printer is not programmed to work directly as a printer.
This is an add on that has been installed with PA, for the reports to use it to generate PDF's, but using internal API's, thus it is not meant to work. -
Resolution
Please do not use the "Quest PDF Generator" printer to print your reports. Please use your default printer.
