Reports are scheduled but emails are not being received
The report being run is not filled out for the Report Scheduler Account.
1. Right-click on a report and select schedule
2. Select Edit Account
3. Enter the OS username and password
4. Enter the email address under the Delivery Options tab
5. Select a start time and a start date for weekly, monthly, and one time only
