Cause
sp_procedure_params_rowset is called by SqlClient to obtain parameter metadata for the stored procedure.If its content cannot be displayed, most chances are that its encrypted. in such case the content wont be available from SQL Server as well. -
Resolution
The stored procedure should be decrypted in SQL Server for it to be visible to SQL Server and Performance Analysis.
