"There is a critical problem with the repository"

Resolution
Try restarting the middleware service:

For Windows, go to Start | Settings | Control Panel | Administrative Tools | Services and use the right-click menu to stop/start/restart the QAM Launcher service on the relevant port

For UNIX:
<installation directory>/agents/bin/quest_launcher_daemon shutdown
<installation directory>/agents/bin/quest_launcher_daemon start
If problem persists, please generate a full support bundle and send it to Quest Support.
