Please upgrade the host machine to Performance Analysis for Oracle 6.5.7 first, which can be downloaded from the website https://support.quest.com/Search/SearchDownloads.aspx?dsNav=Ns:P_ProductVersion|101|-1|,Nrc:id-11-dynrank-disabled,Nea:True,N:268443654-4294958366&Dt=Performance%20Analysis%20for%20Oracle and then once that is complete, then upgrade the PA Agent to version 7.0.
